TrionAir Bear 255649-105 (2-Pack) – 16” x 25” x 5” Pleated Air Filter, MERV 8

This product is great quality and easy to install!

About a year ago we had installed a new 16-seer heat pump that was supposed to handle MERV-11 and 13 filters. Unfortunately, with either MERVs we ended up needing a space heater in each room of the second floor due to much pressure drop. The EOM filter that came with the install had no MERV-8 option, so when we saw this Trion Air Bear MERV-8 we decided to give it a shot. First positive was it matched the OEM size perfectly. Air flow is good and temps on both first and second floors are about the same. We are looking forward to a winter without space heaters.

Use these in place of the cells in my electronic air cleaner. They keep my furnace nice and clean. During my last seasonal service, there was no visible dust in the blower motor/wheel. I change these every 6 months. Pricey but worth it! IMHO.

Very nice, fits well. However, so expensive.I buy this product cause it is US made and I want to support US factory. However, seller need to reconsider price!!

I bought the Trion Air Bear 16”x25”x5” Merv 8 2 pack filter from Same Day Supply and couldn’t believe how quickly they came in. They do a great job in capturing all the dog hair and are easy to put in. As long as Same Day Supply has them in stock, I will keep buying from them.

After trying other brands of this size, these filters were a perfect fit. They are definitely a quality product. I will continue to buy from here when the time comes.
