This is a beautiful, elegant light! It is solid, good quality and looks just as pictured and described. It was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. It was very easy to assemble and took only a few minutes to unpack and set-up. Love it!

This is a beautiful lamp. I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars because it came without the bulb and with a scratch on the base. I decided to keep it with the scratch because it is minor and too much hassle to return. I, as others have mentioned, was also concerned it might be too big for the space, but it's fine. Also, the switch on the cord is fine because it's close to the base. If it wasn't that would be more of a hassle. I wanted something with an Asian flair and I think this does it . . . beautifully!

We love this piece. Great design, solid build (fairly heavy), nice warm light. I put a dimmer switch on the cord to enhance the effect for night time.

After 6 months of using, the on/off button broke in the OFF position. I cannot get light by plugging into the wall.I own lamps similar to this one and they have lasted me going 10 - 15 years with no problem

This lamp is attractive and interesting. I bought it 6 months ago. It gets minimal wear, but the switch has cracked and now I have to buy another, as electrical tape isn't working. Very disappointed to have to spend additional monies on a part that the manufacturers just cheaped-out on, when a little more attention to this detail really have made a difference in my experience.

This stylish lamp is high quality, great design and gives a surprising amount of light. The only thing I might wish was different is the switch in the cord. It would be better to locate an on-off switch on the lamp base.

This looks like a lovely lamp, and you might think getting two of them would look great in a bedroom or maybe a living room, but the glass "shade" does not hang straight at all. You might think, "well, I don't need them to be perfectly straight, because they will still look symmetrical in my room", but you're still wrong. I purchased two lamps, and one is nearly straight but slightly slanted, while the other is so crooked it looks like it is tipping over. Placing them on opposite sides of a bed makes them looks like $5 rummage sale lamps. Very disappointed.
