These are sturdier than expected. Since they are couch cushion covers, I don't use them for my head or face. They aren't soft like a pillow case cover, but they need to be sturdier--which they are just that. I love the pictures on each pillow.

I love them. When I saw the art, the birds and the colors I knew I wanted them. However, that said if you're looking for soft and comfy...not these. They're more for decoration than comfort.
