I bought this for a teacher I had who shared a childhood story about a stuffed animal monkey he had. He brought the monkey to class and told us how much it meant to him growing up. He told us he had gotten it from his dear sweet mother as a child and he kept it for his children to play with. The monkey was in a sailor outfit until he allowed his children to play with it, the sailor costume became missing. He was teary eyed about the whole thing. He wanted a sailor costume but didn't know where to find one. I came home that day and knew Amazon was the place. I brought it to him later on when he was no longer my teacher. It was so awesome to see the tears of joy he had in his eyes as he looked at this sailor costume and was brought back to his beloved childhood. The stitching was perfect and the colors were exactly the same as the one he had growing up. That was a very personal and long review but long story short, I'm so happy I bought this cute little sailor costume.

I got this for my Build A Bear otter, Otto (He is actually named after my 73 year old dad named Otto. He was recently diagnosed with cancer, so my otter is extra special. ) He is one of the bigger stuffed animals and I was afraid the sailor outfit would be too small. It fits perfect and he looks so adorable! The hat is a little wrinkled but that doesn't matter too much. Highly recommended!

I'm not putting this on my build a bear, unidentified brown stains should have been spotted before shipping because they were pretty noticable, it was the first thing I saw when taking it out of the bag. It's definitely being returned.

This is an excellent Sailor outfit. I bought it for my stuffed animal, Monkey Doodle. He has his own Facebook page for children of all ages. He wanted to show school children different careers they could have if they studied hard in school. Monkey Doodle thinks being a ferry boat captain would be an excellent career choice for anyone who studies hard in school. The outfit is of top quality, as was the service provided by the seller, Stuffems. I would highly recommend both!

LUV this little outfit. As a new Navy Mom, I was looking for a "Navy Bear", when I came across this and had an idea. It was the perfect size to redress the "Build a Bear" my Son gave me for Mother's Day when he was a child. It's perfect - well made and makes quite an impression. Great value for the price!
