Sludgy appearance.Soggy overcooked beans with no texture or bite.Tart, canned taste which lingers unpleasantly in the mouth.Yuk.

This product is rather bland and boring. Nothing like any cassoulet I've ever eaten. Called something different it might make more sense, but not cassoulet.
