Taste great and it is healthy.
It has been recommended by a doctor specialising in the heart as well as nutrition. After searching I have found this amazing olive oil with lots of polyphenols which is my point of interest. This is my second day of drinking it and I am loving the taste. I drink one tablespoon a day and I may increase to have another tablespoon at night. So far so good. Great value for money. Blessings 🙌

Good quality
Having recently checked my cholesterol levels and found my LDL to be up slightly higher than what I wanted to see I did some research on how to bring it down and looked at the benefits of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Speaking to a medical professional who said to get the real benefits you need to purchase the highest quality looking at £25-£50 a bottle. I've never been a lover of olives so the thought of using olive oil more on my salads and taking it by the spoonful was something I was not looking forward to.All that said, I have taken to using it like a duck to water and even have a couple of tablespoons full just before breakfast in a morning. I find it not unpleasant to take, does not leave me wanting to gip and has quite a pleasant peppery task.I'm currently trying a range of different Mediterranean olive oils, but so far this is my favourite

Great flavour olive oil
A fantastic flavoured olive oil (when you can get to it, it would not pour and there were no instructions about removing any part of the stopper. in the end I had to forcibly remove a part of the plastic stopper to enable the oil to flow!!)The oil is very expensive and in my opinion not good value for money so will not purchase again.

Excellent quality and value
I usually struggle with lids, tops etc so was delighted at how easily this cap twisted off. The oil poured smoothly and easily. It tastes perfect in salads and other cold food as well as for air frying. Excellent quality.

Very disappointed
This was very weak, no taste no smell, I can't believe this was that expensive, it has nothing to do with olive oil, very disappointed
