It takes a little practice, but it's fun to use. Just heat for 30 seconds in the microwave and follow the instructions. I would recommend adding a product to your hair to hold the curls after they are done, as they are soft and natural looking. My hair is thick, but fine in texture, and this actually works pretty good. That way I don't have to use heat styling that day. No complaints, it does what it says.
