Shipping took a bit long but you won't regret switching from your old style hair dryer to this brush dryer. Everyone asks me if i had a professional blowout. Even my hair dresser wanted to know what I am doing differently since my hair looked so good. Replaced my old style hair dryer, flat iron and round brush with this hair dryer.

I used it for around 3 months and the cord broke off. The product heats erratically and damages the hair. Damages the hair and increased hair breakage. The quality of plastic used is not good.

There is a option of low medium & high. When put it on low its high .. When i switch to Medium its low ..and then again high in highSo insted of having all 3 options i hace only 2 low & high
