So, the ink itself is really good. But the glass container thing leaks any time it falls over. Frustrated but not surprised.

Bright red? It's closer to a brigh coral... Just a warning if you're looking for a specific color. As a sumi-E artist just looking for a splash of color for flowers and birds, this worked great either way. Gorgeously vivid quality ink to paint with! Size is a little bigger than expected

Thought it was clear but color is great

This is a nice India ink. It isn't indelible as I was expecting and thus would not work in the application I was wanting to use it for. Water just washes it off.

One of the best inks!

I bought this 3 years ago... I wanted it for homemade tattooing... cut me some slack, I was 19, lol. but it worked and that's whats important.

I just bought 16 bottles of P.H. Martin Ink. The price offered was just to good to pass up. I made up a test sheet so I could test for water resistance, bleed, opacity and appearance. Honestly the stuff works perfectly. Hands down, PH Martin makes the best India ink I have ever used. Great stuff! I will be putting this review on all 15 of the colors I bought. I got two bottles of the white since I like to use white India ink as correction fluid and to place white highlights on my watercolors.

Nice ink. Not really worth the price but I think you're just paying for the name of the product really.

This colour is really good. Intensive and really bright and it’s also transparent and works amazingly as a watercolour (sadly not all Bombay Inks from Dr.Ph. Martins have these qualities). Highly recommended specifically if you need ink for a traditional tattoo flash ⭐️
