Without chemical additives and preservatives. Ingredients: bouillon (water, greens, leek, carrot, onion, duck meat, dried ham bone, rind), goose and duck fat, garlic, concentrated tomato. White haricot lingot beans, cooking juices, 18% duck confit, grilled Toulouse sausage (pork shoulder, pork belly, salt, pepper), pork rind, spices, salt, herbs. Preparation advice: reheat in a water bath or preferably, place in a cassole or casserole dish and allow to brown in the oven for around 30 minutes. The cassoulet, a chaurienne speciality - meaning it comes from Castelnaudary - is known and appreciated around the globe by the most discerning of gourmets.
