It’s Beautiful but Manage Your Expectations
I absolutely love this chandelier. It looks gorgeous in my daughter’s bedroom. There are a few things you need to know before buying it. First, you have to string each crystal on yourself which was time consuming but not at all difficult. It’s expected at this price point. Second, the fixture is actually bronze not gold, the picture is misleading. Look at customer pictures to see what the actual color is. I knew it was going to be bronze and I was fine with that. And finally, you WILL have missing and broken crystal pieces. Know that going in and plan accordingly. The company emailed me before the chandelier even arrived and said to let them know how many replacement pieces I needed. It took about a week and a half for the replacements to get delivered. With all that said, I absolutely love it. After reading all the other reviews, I knew all of this before I bought it. Manage your expectations and you won’t be disappointed.

The metal circles are small key rings. Figure out the dir to start the circle and do that everytime.
AWESOME chandelier for the piece! The beauty is equal to photos shown. Time consuming to install Crystals... Top row is most difficult but the end look is worth it all... Crystal install was over 2 hrs (if DIY like me) so do not try to do this quickly ... It's not rocket science hard but the top row will make you think...

Could be beautiful chandelier, but missing some crystals
After a long time of hanging the chandelier and then stringing the crystals one by one as instructed, I got to the last (top) ring and found that there were seven missing crystals (4 type "A" and 3 type "B").So after three days of careful and loving labor I am quite disappointed.If the missing crystals can be sent (or if there were no missing ones to start with) I would give this a much better review.

Not Gold - Actually Brown
I was so disappointed in this light. It's gorgeous but it's just not gold. Not even close to the picture which is a bright, yellowy gold. I opened the box to find the fixture was brown...almost exactly the color of the inside of the cardboard box. It's matte, not shiny which I liked.

Missing parts, broken crystals
Received light and the packaging appeared have been already opened. Major part missing and a couple of the raindrops were broken.

Elegant modern look
Beautiful design twist a little related to the empire style making novel use of smooth tear drops instead of faceted crystals.

Not what I expected.☹
I'm very disappointed. I was expecting the shiny gold finish as shown in picture not a matted taupe color finish. If I want gold I would have to spray paint it.
