Not exactly as expected, but still LOVE! My 5yr old picked this out herself for her upcoming birthday. Wasnt supposed to arrive till afterwards so decided we'd make it a Christmas gift. Nope! Came 4 weeks EARLIER than said, so she gets it for her birthday! AWESOME!! Brownie points on that!! We opened it & i had her try it on just to make sure there would be no disappointment on her day. She LOVES it! Its SUPER soft! The hood itself is a bit high giving a cone shape, but im positive that w/ some wear it will stretch & give a more floppy look to ease! She is not worried about it, therefore i can sit back & smile that she is 100% (yes i said 100%!) excited & satisfied!!!! Absolutely adorable & very pleased! We both love how it slighty comes over the shoulders & the fact that it can be tighten if necessary and the 2 big buttons just under the face are the perfect touch!! Nice thickness for being so light also! Says its for a child in a certain age range- well my daughter is basically 6 & fits just right!! No complaints!! Even better was the quality of care in receiving a personal email (not through Amazon) from this company asking specifically if it fit my daughter & if i was satified, if i had any suggestions or even complaints. They were very interested in my person feedback. How many companies really care like that, honestly- come'on now!?! Major brownie points again!! Once my youngest daughter decides she also wants one, i will make sure i order from THIS company & hope by then they have just a couple more styles, or colors at least, so both my daughters dont have the EXACT same hood! A tiny difference would be nice & would guarantee another transaction from this household as my daughter has already asked for another kind!!! Bravo!!!

So so so cute! I ordered up quite a bit because my daughter has a bigger head, but even doing that the hat eventually slips up a bit and doesn't completely cover her ears. The hat is awesome though, and really soft, just wish it came down a little more, at least on the sides. The neck warmer is even better. It's pretty tall (or can scrunch down) and not so wide that it gaps open. It's perfect for my kindergartener who needs to wear a scarf at recess, but has to have something she can put on herself. She even pulled it up so high only her eyes were showing, as we waited for the bus & it was below zero. It would probably be a little bulky to wear on the inside of a coat, but we do hat, hood up over that, and then this neck warmer around the outside. It's perfect, cute, warm, soft, & cozy!!!

This hat is adorable! It is so soft and makes my little man look extra cute. It is slightly big, but that's a good thing. It makes the fit more comfortable.

I love the idea behind the design; It is sensible and just perfect for children in a cold winter day, but the size is relatively too large considering the fact that this is meant for little kids. I would give it 5 stars for smart idea and beautiful design and proper execution, but the one size for all makes it almost senseless for my daughter.

Kinda big for a small child but the quality is amazing .. its so soft and warm and looks handmade and expensive..love it

It's adorable and thick and well made. I'd wear it all the time but you know, Arizona. My husband says it's the awesomest hat I ever bought (with a big grin on his face). It's roomy but wearable for my 10-year-old and fits me too. The youngest just gets lost in it. Warm and cute and a great hat.

Cute hat, seems well made BUT (and this is a big dealbreaker), the button is white and has FASHION written across it, in big black letters. It's so tacky and cheap looking, and wasn't pictured that way when I ordered it. I supposed the person I gifted it to could see a different button on or color it with black sharpie, but come on!! I would not have purchased had I known.

Very impressed!!!!! Came two weeks earlier than expected. The quality is beautiful!!!! Much brighter in color than the picutr. We ordered the fox one for my daughter who is 5. She's so happy. I'm so happy I'm gonna order the grey one as well. We live in Oklahoma where is gets very cold. It's great for this kinda weather. Thank you so much!!!
