I was hesitant to order this at first because several reviewers stated the scent was overly strong and I’m sensitive to smells. Fortunately, after applying it the scent dissipates fairly quickly so it hasn’t been an issue for me so far (It might be for other people who are more reactive to smells than I am). Anyway, I love the product and it seems to be helping my hands which are drying out because of using seemingly gallons of hand sanitizer every day. I would buy this again.

I love how convenient this bar is! I don't have to worry about using too much or spilling. I do have to let it "soak in" for a few minutes, but that just means I'm forced to take a break from needlework. Not a bad thing...Update- got desperate finishing a piece of embroidery with sub-par thread, so tried this as a thread conditioner. It worked great! I wouldn't recommend this for fine needlework as I'm not sure of the long term effects on thread and fabric, but for my cheapy kit, I'll use it!

Only smell Almond no vanilla.

I decided to try this based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. It's done a marvelous job softening the skin on my elbows and heels, it's easy to apply, absorbs quickly and is nongreasy. However, where it really shines is how great it works on my hands, it absorbs so completely I can go right back to beading, wire wrapping, kumihuno or doing applique, without worrying about it coming off on my projects. Now, as someone previously mentioned, it does have a strong almond fragrance upon opening the tin, however; I haven't noticed any after applying it and no one has asked "Did you bring almond cookies today?" when I walk into a room.

My only regret is not discovering this product a long time ago! It smells amazing and makes my hands feel soft and moisturized with out being greasy.

Two for the price of one. It doesn't get better than that. I do like the scent of the bars and have used these extensively. I keep one tin in each of my knitting bags to help keep my hands from getting too dry.

The bar smells GREAT when you open the tin to put it on. It comes off the bar and rubs in okay. But after rubbing in, it smells like stale cigarette smoke or an ashtray. There is NONE of the original almond smell that lingers. The only way to get the smell to go away is to wash your skin…. Which defeats the purpose of why you need lotion. Very disappointing.

I have hypothyroidism and my skin tends to dry a lot, especially my hands. This miracle balm maintain my hands soft and looking young!
