Decent quality for the price! There was some splintering but overall, good little uke!

my 9 yo son loves it. Seems to be good quality. My 4 year old likes to play also.

Kids Toy
This is only for kids to play with or MAYBE a decoration. I couldn't even recommend this as a starter instrument to see if a person was interested in learning.

Strictly novelty instrument. Cheap strings that I doubt last long. To tighten the strings I had to use a flat blade screwdriver as the little gears were none functional. Grandkids will have these demolished in no time.

Loved it
I love it, it's easy to tune and it's just as good as a $40 ukulele. Good buy

Great for a beginners uke or for a toddler. Also love that it's pink!

What do you expect for $20?
This is just better than a toy, but it is a $19.99 ukulele. I got it for a fun gift for a friend and spent a few days tuning it in advance of giving it to her. By the end of the third day it was holding decently, but the strings are definitely bargain strings. If you want the cheapest way out on an instrument to play with and to take to places it might be abused, go for it! This one will get the job done! For myself, however, I bought a Donner tenor ukulele for $90 that is so far and above this one it is pretty sad. I have to say, though, learning to play the ukulele has made me so happy. So if $19.99 is your budget, go for it! Expect to spend a little more time getting it tuned correctly and possibly dealing with less than fabulous tone. The G on this one goes flat when played fretted, open is fine. It's really weird.
