Rough Rider Black Bone Fish Knife RR1597

Handy Tool for the tackle box
The knife comes sharp out of the box and holds its edge well. The hook removal works well, however if one is practicing catch and release, the jagged edge on the back side could harm your catch if you’re not careful. The sharpening stone did fail out, but was fixed with a drop of liquid adhesive. Overall, this is a handy knife to carry on your next fishing trip.

Nice appearance.
Appears to be good quality. Like this style and 'feel' for cleaning perch. Will use this summer.

Great for the tackle box
I have used this knife fishing. Mainly ice fishing it has performed well. The hook sharpener works well, it cuts. The back decorative hook needed to be filed off, otherwise you may injure yourself. Not the hardest backspring on a folding knife. There is no locking blade so you need to know how to use a pocket knife.

Looks great
Haven't had a chance to use it. This will go into my tackle box. I can say that it is sharp and should function as intended. I would/will also keep a RADA sharpener handy in case it fails to maintain an edge. Thanks for reading.SgtWall USMC

Fits and works
Sharpens easily and we'll. Fit my hand well.

Works as advertised.
Nice knife for the money.

Poor Quality
The Good: the blades are very sharp. The Bad: The hook sharpening stone was laying in the bottom of the box when opened. The serated blade will not close all the way into the body of the knife.

The fish hook sharpener fell off
Really good knife but the stone fell off and the magnet at the end of the saw blade was very weak.
