Purchased these because of excellent reviews. When they arrived I thought there is no way these are going to work! I have steep wooden deck steps that are hazardous in rain, ice and snow. After installation which was very very easy and some bad weather I can say that these grip strips are excellent. They stay in place and are very durable. Truly there is no slipping with these. And I’ve tried several products. I highly recommend them.

I purchased these for the running boards on my truck. Worked great. No more slick steps up into the vehicle.

Can't say much about them yet as we just put them on and will have to wait and see how they do through the winter. Look okay. Easy to install. My pup doesn't like walking on them but he doesn't usually go out through that door anyway.

So the shipping cost was outrageous, the cost of the item is outrageous. The alternative to these are just never going to last (tape with sandpaper on it.) Cold hard winters in Colorado Mountain, the tape will not last but at least you will not trip over the tape because it's flat against the ground. These stick up a little and seem like a trip hazard. These just look like plastic, I don't know if the little teeth on these are going to wear away but hey they are just plastic. Way over priced but there seems to be no alternative but to pay 60, 80, 110 dollars for plastic that cost pennies to make. I can make my own plastic if I had the mold they use to make these. I got the 3" wide set of 8 and they seem to be working for now. If they last for more than three years, I will be shocked. I got the yellow ones because they are easier to see and not trip on them. Perfect size strips, didn't need one that went the whole length of the step since you mainly walk in the middle. Installed them on our outside stairs at beach house few days ago and was complimented by friends for great safety practice. Also the bright yellow is very easy to see even in the dark. The grip on the strips are very rigid, good for shoes but barefoot just a little tough, but you can get over it, that's what it is suppose to do. Have to buy more now...

Used these for a ramp going into my shed, which gets slippery when wet and sees a lot of traffic from my lawn tractor. I first tried the stick-on grips for the ramp and they were quickly torn up. These grips are a little pricey but they provide excellent grip and were easy to install.

Better than I had hoped. High quality - made in Canada. Very easy to install and very professional looking.Works extremely well.

I put exterior caulk under the pieces to make them stay in place better. I don’t think those 3 screws are enough especially for the edges. Nonetheless, there’s a ton of snow now and it did what it’s supposed to.

The product appears to be of good quality and is functioning well. Durability and winter/snow performance remain to be determined. The manufacturer should justify their pricing structure, as the high retail cost doesn’t on the surface appear to be justified.
