Vintage Appliance Company Candy Dispenser

Very Nice machine, only thing it lacks is a on/off switch for the lights like the popcorn machine has. Would also be nicer in different colors. Blue, red or the rare violet one would be nice but almost impossible to find. This machine works very well and holds a lot more candy than appears. I put 4lbs in each or the 4 slots and there is still room for more. Works great with peanuts, peanut M&Ms and skittles. Do not recommend Gummie or Twizzler bites as the openings aren't very big and they get sticky in warmer areas and make it hard to clean. But if you get it for 200.00 or less you have a bargain, many places are charging too much for this unit, so shop carefully. The age price is 199.99 to 215.00 more than that and you are wasting your money. Depends on how bad you want one.

This is a really nice machine. It looks awesome. As others have noted there is no switch for the lights. You must plug & unplug machine for the lights to operate. Other than that it is an awesome edition for our grand kids to enjoy. If you buy this machine which by the way I would highly recommend I want to expand on a few things. While unpacking you will notice a large black bag with a drawstring. This will need to be filled withapproximately 20# sand or rocks & placed in bottom of stand. I recommend sand. As to usage I recommend not using any kind of jellied candy asthese tend to stick together. When you try to dispense these they will get stuck in dispenser & knob will strip if you apply undue force.These knobs turn to the right very easy to dispense & if you experience any kind of resistance just rotate back slightly & that should correct it.

We purchased this machine and loved it until one of the knob broke off. They are made of plastic and candy can get jammed easily. It's unfortunate that the company does not make replacement parts or make the knobs of more sturdy material.

This is more novelty than functional. I have tried several types of candy and there are only a few that work well. Don't put jelly beans or anything that is not a dry hard candy in or you will be cleaning the inside (not an easy task) Large gumballs jam the machine. Skittles, M&M's(don't use them if you keep your home above 70 degrees) Spree and Sweetarts are the only things I have not had trouble with.

I bought this for my kids for Christmas. It was easy to put together. After a day of use the Mike and Ike's got jammed and the knob was twisted right off. I can't find anywhere to buy replacement parts to fix it so it may be garbage after one day of use. If it was easier to fix the review rating would be a lot better.

Cool machine love it.only thing I don't like about it is the fact when u move it the sides come apart & it's hard 4 sides to stay intact.part of it cracked the first day because of that reason.other than that I love it looks awesome in my theater room

Love this vintage dispenser! Larger than I thought which was a plus and the LED lightingat night us really pretty.Dispenses accurately. We love it!!!

I love this machine! It's unique and is a great addition to movie night. Certain candy will not work in this machine. But there are plenty that will. Unfortunately the lid on the inside split and a piece broke off when I lifted it up to put more candy in. I'm hoping I can get a replacement part. But overall great buy!
