wipro Garnet 20-Watt Slim LED Batten (White) - Pack of 2

The media could not be loaded. 🤏 A PREVIEW :********************This is my second purchase of led tubelights from online.My earlier purchase was of crompton greaves brand 22 watt tubelights & it failed completely within 2 months.🔹️In the root cause i found damaged capacitors probably due to lower quality.🔹️So i suppose its not about just big brand names , its more about components quality and the lot you recieve.☝️ About the Product :*****************************♦️ I received the product intact with no damage to light or the packet.🔹️In previous puchase the poly carbonate body had a crack due to mishandling in bulk shipments.♦️The product is 1150 mm in length & rated at 20 Watts of power with 2000 lumens of light output which is very much sufficient for a room of 10 x 10 feet.🔹️Not much difference to 22 watts light output so you can go for 20 watts rated lights also.♦️ The light warmth tone is 6500 K so is bluish white in color which is ideal for most rooms.♦️The light comes in a pack of two & that way becomes a better value for money than for single one.♦️Associated accessories include two clamps , two screws & two plastic screw holders per tubelight.♦️ The light is LM-80 certified, a standard which checks the degradation of light output from components over time, keeping current, voltage , ambient temperature etc. constant for all samples.♦️ The led light as expected is very light weight polycarbonate body with led strip & driver circuit inside.♦️ The light output from this tubelight definitely has less glare & sharpness than my previous crompton one, which is good.♦️ The design of this light is also very sleek with designer ends.♦️ Warranty offered is 1 year but again , only selected shops would honor it in local.🎯 All in all , i suppose it is a nice & economical purchase.✌I hope the review helps to make a decision.

I have purchased it in oct 2020 and after 22 months of usage, it's middle portion is not producing light as shown in the image attached.After going through other reviews, I have found similar cases in which the light in the middle portion won't produce light.

The product is really good but clips are missing and you can't install without that. The package says clips are inside but not given. Just received it will give a full review after few days of using but you can surely go for the product.After more than 3 months of usage.The product is good and no problem in these months. The lights are decent and no problem of flickering. Price is almost same till now so no complain for that too. Go for it but arrange your clips,they won't give.

I bought this as I wanted to change normal tube light with let lightI got a decent bargain, noting out of the world, but I took the bate and bought these tubes.Pros -Super lightweighteasy to install - two screws to plug in clips, and you attach the tube to the clips.20Watt is a good light for the kitchen where I have put this.its been over two months they are working fineI dont know how much difference they have made to my electricity bill, hard to tell,But I am happy with the quality of the product.If I get a better bargain on this, I will buy more.

I got this on 31 Oct, 2020 and stopped working in the month on March 2022.... Life of the product is very less.

Thirdclass quality, had bought a total of 12 led batons and 8 out of those have stopped working in just a period of 10 months. And the worst part is not the quality, it's the support by Wipro brand of LEDs. Let me elaborate on the process of warranty claim..They have this toll free help line number which when called the call centre person takes your details and tells u their executive will call back with replacement procedure. They won't share any details if they will collect the product from site like syska and deliver the replacement or whether we have to take it to any address of their service centre. They just insist that our person will call you.The call never comes even after numerous follow ups on said support number. Just to be clear, I am based in Mumbai and not on top of a mountain where they might not be interested in providing services. On persistent following up they shared a guy's number who was supposed to provide replacement. On calling, the man said he was located in Thane. I explained that it's a long way off and I prefer a address of company nearby in Mumbai. He then gave number of a dealer in lohar chawl and said to give his reference and I will get replacement there. I called up the guy and he asked where I had purchased from? I told him it was a online purchase from Amazon. The man flatly denied providing replacement saying they don't give replacement for online purchase.Over the past 2 months i have even tried contacting Wipro on twitter but they just took details there on DM and never reverted back.Basically Wipro may be a well known brand in our country but they do not take customer support seriously.Never ever buying a Wipro product again.

i bought these on 06-OCT-20 for 519rs. the packaging was good. nothing damaged. But the tubes doesn't have the most important thing that is need . they have no clamps. literary the 2nd step that is put on the tube cover by wipro is install the clamps. but there are no clampsUpdate on 10-11-20 - i have contacted wipro customer care via Facebook page and they have sent me the clamps via courier. i received them yesturday.
