Product quality of top notch and has a powerful motor with 1200 rpm speed which is fantastic Installation was done as on promise
At the time I bought this product from amazon there were no reviews but I took the risk and got the product for lightning deal of 12500 and the price is way low when compared to outside market as a 3 feet chimney would cost 20k irrespective of the company which is selling it.Product quality of top notch and has a powerful motor with 1200 rpm speed which is fantasticInstallation was done as on promised date by the customer service or Hindware, however tech insisted on using silver duct pipe which costs 1800 rs so total cost for installation was 2300 which needs to be noted

Nice product with good features
It is a good product and does its job well...however care must be taken that the distance between the chimney and the gas stove must not exceed 75 cm....... The product has a good build quality but is a a bit noisy...Bought it at ₹13499....Hindware Cleo 90 cm..... With water auto clean.......Has a plastic oil collector tray.....Will leave a detailed review after usage ....

Chimney good but installation hechtic
Chimney looks good. Although I have not started using it since it has been fitted in my new house which is still under renovation. However the installation process was too hechtic. They first agreed to come on Sunday but didn't turn up without any information. Finally came on Tuesday. And they can't give you estimate of what time they will come... even not which part of the day. Neither they will give you the technician's number who will finally come. They assume everyone is waiting for full day for them and nobody has any work. Technician's behaviour is also very rude. Not happy with the process.

Great product by Hindware
First of all thanks Amazon for delivery the product without any damage and the suction capacity is good, noise level is variable according with the speeds.It comes with 3 speed suction power and two LED lights, also the good feature is the Auto Clean which cleans itself by just touching a button.It comes with touch buttons and installation will be by company technician

Very good product but bad packing by seller
Nice looking chimney, very well perform, very satisfying products, but very bad packing by seller, seller packing chimney in damage cardboard box and taping, when i received parcel glass totally detouch in chimney. finally i fix by screwdriver, very bad experience with castomar care, finally decide self mounting, but i think technician se acha installetion maine kiya. really very good chimney i am loving this chimney..after 7months chimney performed wall and good..

Great Chimney with a little noise
Purchased it in a deal two years ago .Writing this review after using it almost daily and it didn't give us any problem so far😍>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Here are some Pros -<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<1) Purchased 90 cm version of this as we have 3 burner gas stove,30 cm version was smaller for that and was unable to suck all the smoke and fumes. 90 cm turned out to be just perfect for it.2) It has 1200 m3/hr Airflow , collects All the fumes instantly.3) It has curved glass top which is really easy to clean.4) Comes with a measuring water jar to auto clean the chimney and oil collector cup.5) It has Metallic Blower inside and SS Baffle Filters6) It has one touch control panel with Fan button, 2 buttons for different speeds ,timer , Energy efficient LED lamp button ,Auto clean button and lastly ON/OFF Switch7) It comes with 1 year Comprehensive warranty and 5 Years on Motor .8) It really makes our kitchen smoke free in no time .Our kitchen's roof is just as new as the day we installed the chimney.9) It has auto clean feature .Just fill the normal water in the jug provided with the chimney and pour it the hole provided on top of the chimney for auto clean purpose.Now switch the auto clean button and within a minute its done.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Here are some Cons -<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<1) It is a little noisy at speed 1 and a bit more on speed 2. But that is the case with almost all the chimneys .2) We didn't get oil collector tray so have to purchase it from store for 450 Rs.3) Auto clean is for inside cleaning but you have to clean the baffle filters once a month.That's a tricky job to clean oil residue and which is same for every chimney.Overall its a good purchase .

Good product considering the price at which it is available
Its been more than a year since I have purchased it. Overall I am satisfied with the product and it's value for money. One can consider it while purchasing a chimney.
