Broken on arrival
Broken antler tip on arrival. Needed one now so I didnt send back.

Sticks out farther than expected
Mine didn't arrive broken. It arrived in perfect condition and seems well made. I ordered it along with the hand towel hanger and bath towel rod. They match perfectly. My only complaint is that once mounted, the toilet paper sticks out fairly far from the wall. This won't be an issue for anyone with room in their bathroom, but mine is quite cramped. The toilet paper hangs a few inches farther away from the wall than a standard holder. That being said, this holder will accommodate virtually any size roll of toilet paper. I'm using Costco's massive rolls and I've got plenty of room to spare between it and the wall.

This product is awesome. They make the place a little more rustic but very elegant. They wanted me to rate this for the "softness", not sure what they mean by that.

Looks good, but very fragile
Looks good and actually functions great. Wasn't too bad to install, especially if you have a stud to screw in to. The brow tine was broken off upon arrival and the package looks like it was laying in a warehouse since 1972 though. I started to send it back but had to have something and didn't have time to wait for the return trip before guests were arriving for Christmas.

Would be a five star review, except there were no screws or anchors in the package. Otherwise it looks awesome in our Lakehouse.
