The item is as per description mentioned on Amazon site.The product worked as it should be. The wide mouth opening is good for cleaning the kettle. The element is concealed. Good for making maggi, preparing tea, etc. But I mainly use for making maggi and hot drinking water.

Fantastic product at 1K price when I had ordered. Does the job what the product description says!!! No maggi / milk. A pure Water kettle. Boils a liter of water in around 4 minutes. Has the auto off function which will make your life easy, you can fill the water and forget. Material is good quality steel and plastic at the base. Thanks Morphy Richards, Amazon and the seller for giving such a good product at a reasonable price. The power chord is short which I feel can be managed by keeping it near the power socket!!!Good buy for boiling water quickly. Few chops expect the kettle to be used to cook maggi and milk etc, this product is not for that at all.........

The media could not be loaded. I didn’t expect this from Morphy Richards.Just one year after I purchased this item, it stopped working. The company technician had to replace the steel body because the heating component is fixed to it. It cost me ₹900/- to repair. The new replaced body already looked old. Within 3 months of repair another issue came up. The lid does not fit the body and the alignment seems off.This time I will not even bother calling the company to repair it.

We had purchased the same product in Nov 2015 and used it immensely. On an average we used to boil water at least 10 times per day. On 24th December 2018, the heating element of the earlier product became dysfunctional and we decided to purchase a new one. However, one of the main problems of Morphy Richards products is its extremely poor servicing. Morphy Richards outsources servicing through Bajaj and the latter never turns up for servicing!

At first, I didn't believe this kettle would be so much capable for even making soups, instant noodles and Oats. I have tried cooking all of these in this kettle like Maggi, Knorr Soups, Quaker Oats. Am sure it can even cook pasta but it will take a little extra effort to clean it up later. I would recommend to immediately pour water in after cooking to ease cleaning. Overall a very fast, good looking , easy to use kettle.Its the best for paying guests. Using a wooden spatula is recommended if you want to easily take out food from the kettle without damaging it.

The product delivered to me seems to be a fake one. My brother had purchased the same water Heater 4-5 years ago. Its so good and amazingly works even today. He had bought it from amazon itself. Hence I opted to buy this product again for me. But unfortunately it seems like I have received some duplicate model in name of Morphy Richards. The chord wire is very small. More importantly the base of heater seems to be of low and cheap quality and is totally in compatible. The water kettle is not perfectly fiitting on the base which actually isn't the case. I want this heater at any means and hence want to get this replaced ASAP with the original item which in actual is really good. Hopefully amazon helps me in getting one.

The kettle works very well, boils fast and I only need to heat up the water once, unlike some others by the same company. The big advantage is a very good shut off system thats stops water for evaporating but still makes sure it boils.Recommend it!
