Good Balloons and Decor - pleasantly surprised
I wasn't expecting much for $14.99 for all of the balloons and decor included but was pleasantly surprised. We blew up the "Happy Birthday" balloons letter by letter with a straw which was included - hung them with a string and it worked out great. We took the big 60 balloon and the stars and filled them up with helium at our local party city so they would float. It's a lot of work but I was super thankful nothing was damaged during shipping.We used the pom poms (takes a while to make) and made a "flower" wall in the event room we reserved. We stuck tape to the back of them and hung them up that way. They looked cute once puffed up into the correct shape.

Very easy to use and beautiful!!!
Got these balloons for a birthday party. For the price this is a steal. Picture is accurate. Remember to blow up in advance it does take some time!! The numbers are large enough and the paper decor can be reused!

Received wrong colors
I ordered the Black, White, and Silver one....Everything except one set of the pom poms were gold instead of silver. Not the end of the world, but doesn't exactly go with the party theme. :(

Defective
The two H’s were defective. They had to go out and buy a whole new set the day before the party. Very disappointed.
