Awesome product
Its been little over three months using this product and we are happy with the performance. We used the regular microwave mode as well as convection mode for various items. The process was easy, while the result was good.Further, we also tried the recipes given in the booklet. Personally we feel for some of the trivial things like rice and dal the pre-programmed time is more than the gas-cooking time which makes us question the use of microwave which is supposed to be efficient and hassle free cooking.So according to us the only drawback is that if one sticks to pre-programmed recipes he/she might end up spending more time than required for gas-cooking. However, if you know how to use the microwave then it will complement your gas-cooking making the process more efficient.Coming on to various aspects of product:1) Design & look: Good2) Built: Safe (please follow the instructions in the booklet for safe usage)3) Performance: Satisfactory4) Usability: GoodAs mentioned earlier we have used this product little over three months now. Nice microwave oven with all modes
The media could not be loaded. This is sufficient for 5-6 families, I am very happy, the best thing is in very low budget it has all the features and it is convection mucrowave with insta menuThank you AmazonAnd also the delivery partner delivered it to my choice at my home.

Overall microwave is average but its touch is not working after some time of uses....
