BPL 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC (Copper, A18KF3C8A, White)

BPL product was barely functional when it was working, but after it stopped working 4 months back (within 3 months of purchase) we realized that they have no customer support. Contacted Amazon got a standard response saying we need to contact BPL directly. Have been trying to contact BPL through various medium, but did not get any resolution , have lost all hope, now planning to go to consumer Court . Regret buying this product.

The product seems to be good - just the first day so can’t comment muchThe installation through Amazon Services (Vecare) sucks - more of fraud I believe - I paid 1500 before hand for the installation - and post that the installation guy took the following monies for additional parts3 mtr copper tube - 1000 rs4 Rubber stand for the ODU - 7501 meter wire - 1004 feet plastic pipe - 150 (originally asked for 400 rs)1 socket pin - 70 rsTotal Installation - 1500 + 2070 = 3570Buy the AC from Amazon and Install through a local AC shop

I got this product delivered on 23 July 2018, but got installed 3 days back only as technicians were not visiting to install it despite calling them many times. After running for 3 days only, it’s transformer got burned. Worst product of my life. Never buy.

Got the delivery after 48hrs of order placement. Got it on a flash deal and am happy with the product. So 5/5

Its a brilliant AC, works well and is silent enough to put one to a nice sleep. Great cooling at best price. Couldn't ask for more.

Too good for price n quality

The new AC fan doesn’t work at all. Display shows everything, but fan doesn’t work. Within a month had to call BPL technicians twice already, and now they do not even respond anymore.
