Scream Queen Hot Tub Party [DVD]

The five stars are mainly for the nudity that exists in this title.The main feature could have been a bit longer.Giving a more comprehensive list of films featuring the scream queens.You know - a check list of sorts - for those people who haven't seen all of the 80s and 90s output.The extra feature starring Michelle Bauer - 'One Million Heels BC' is pretty boring - though there is plenty of nudity in there to keep fans of female flesh happy.

I bought this on VHS years ago because I liked one of the actresses in it, Kelli Maroney. It was the first time she had done nudity. I was happy to be able to replace that tape with a DVD.

The title just about say it all. If you are a big Brink Stevens and Michelle Bauer fan and you want to see them in a hot tub with three other lovely scream queens, this is your movie. It seems that this count, which none of them ever met before invites the ladies to his mansion where they make themselves at home and get into the hot tub. They share all of their experiences with each other which include excerpts from some of the horror movies they were in. Great moments feature the Brink Stevens documentary segment "How to take a scream queen shower" and Michelle Bauer discussing her favorite motorized toy - the chainsaw. Here we get to see a couple scenes from "Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers",which are actually the best parts of that movie. If you get this DVD, save your money and don't bother with that one. The bonus feature "One Million Heels B.C." is included as well. This one stars Michelle Bauer in her "unforgettable" role as a prehistoric cave girl who was buried underground for millions of years and is still alive. She digs herself out of the ground, then befriends two other gorgeous gals who dream of going to Hollywood some day. She speaks perfect English, too. They learn fast don't they? The plots are so campy and moronic they're actually funny, but then who cares. We get to see seven lovely ladies wearing very little or nothing which more than makes up for the lack of anything else.

As you might imagine from the title "Scream Queen Hot Tub Party," this DVD is intended mainly for ogling at great-looking and sexy ladies. And they're ALL a big wow - Michelle Bauer, Brinke Stevens, Kelli Maroney, Monique Gabrielle, and Roxanne Kernohan (and 2 others in the second film). At a hot tub party they're reminiscing about horror films they've been in, so there's many clips from those. I'm not big on gory horror films like these, but they're largely over-the-top fun, and the clips focus on T & A of the gorgeous ladies, thank goodness. The "double feature" refers to the non-violent bonus film "One Million Heels B.C.," which is also inane but again, who cares with the gorgeous and usually nude ladies in it? Those ladies are Michelle Bauer, Jerica Fox, and Cierra Knight. Camera-work is rather crude on this one, but generally adequate. And this film has got a VERY hot scene of the ladies bathing each other. However, even with two films on this DVD, the total run time is 102 minutes. And for some reason, the picture quality on the hot tub film is rather poor and fuzzy. I'd really like to give this DVD 4 stars for the incredibly sexy ladies in it, but the fuzzy image of the hot tub film, and the crude camera-work of the second film, caused me to knock it down to 3. I should note too that aficionados of nice breasts will be very pleased with this DVD! MMMMMMM......I'm going to have to look for these hot babes in some other movies......

This is the only movie ever made that has 5 decent looking ladies getting together to have some good clean fun without the wussie-boys around. OK, so the girls have to be discussing horror movies.... For what it is, it is probably THE definitive "nice girls having fun" movie.When one stops to think about how many "cowboy" buddy movies were made by comparison....Oh, never mind.... Social engineering agendas are undiscussable in the land of free speech, right?

Well done. 9.7 out of 10. It felt more like a Scream Queen documentary to me. I only wish Linnea Quigley had been there with her equally good scream queens Brinke Stevens and Michelle Bauer. I thought it was good in retrospect and an enjoyable watch.

This shot-on-video quickie was designed to cash in on the Scream Queens craze of the mid-'80s. Starring several popular low-budget horror hotties of the era, it was an execrable exercise in padding out newly shot nude scenes with film clips from directors Wynorski and Ray's arguably slightly better works. If you've already seen "Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers," "Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama," "Night of the Demons," et al, then there's no reason to watch this. None at all. Really. It's bad!
