Paint by Number Kit, Morgofun DIY Oil Painting by Numbers for Adults - Beautiful Garden 16x20inch

This honestly keeps you busy. It’s like an adult coloring book but more intense. I was so proud of myself when I finally finished it. Not gonna lie there were some moments when I thought about just forgetting about it because it was taking forever to complete! It took me over a month to finish it and that’s with me working on it after work for a few hours. Probably will buy another one again after I’m done with college because if I buy one now I’ll wanna work on this instead of studying! But worth it if you like painting and/or have free time.

I have been painting for a little over a year now, but this was the first time painting with oils. The canvas is folded when it comes in but if you lay it out and put something heavy on it overnight it will lay mostly flat. So far I have spent about 14 hours working on the painting. I paint quickly. Another 2-3 hours and the painting will be complete. So far it looks beautiful! Even though I go outside the lines a little bit (mostly on the really small spaces) It still looks amazing! I have already bought 2 more paint by number's because I love it so much. Be warned, the numbers and lines show through on the lighter paints. A second coat helps.

I completed this, but it’s not a beginner level project - don’t get discouraged; just keep painting. It took a lot of time, but was still very enjoyable. The lines and numbers show through the paint, even after multiple coats, in some places. Prior to starting, I steamed and laid the canvas flat with books on it to get the wrinkles out - not an issue for me. The paints dry out, so keep them closed and add water if needed - plenty of paint included. The painting is beautiful. I framed and hung it on my office wall. Warning - the measurements (16x20) aren’t precise and it’s a little small for the frame (16x20), so plan to put something behind it to disguise the slight size difference. I already ordered another kit.

Overall; recommended.The canvas came folded, but it flattened out after awhile. I attached it to a piece of cardboard while painting it, which helped. There were 18 total colors, and I had some left over paint. WARNING: always keep the paint closed, even when actively using a color. I left the first color open while painting and it dried up before finishing the color. This was my first time painting, and I spent about 30+ hours painting. I enjoyed the relaxing experience, and would recommended for the price.

Definitely for adults. I love the colors. I will update review with a pic once I get it framed. I like that it comes with a paper version as well as the canvas. In some cases of the very small sections the number got painted over, so it helps being able to look at the paper one for the numbers. Also, it comes with brushes.

Don’t buy this print! I have done paint by numbers before and this one was not worth my time at all. The colors are all off and there are a lot of areas that are “grayed out” where you are not supposed to paint, but in the print you are suppose to color it. I took a lot of time painting this picture just to be disappointed in the end results. Once again the colors are all off.

I was so excited to receive and work on this paint by number, but was so terribly disappointed after it arrived. A little more complicated than anticipated. Definitely more of an expert level. But the WORST of it is that the paints are literally all dried up. I tried to revive them but it didn’t quite work. Don’t waste your money on this. The idea of it is better than the reality.

I love this picture and have been working on it. However, I am not even a third of the way done, and the paint that I received is dried up (a majority of them) and I am not going to be able to finish the picture. Very disappointed in the paint. Wish there was a way to order more paint for this picture.
