These digestive enzymes work great -- better than the other few brands I've tried. I have an unusual condition similar to IBS in which eating foods high in FODMAPs causes bloating and gas, and sometimes makes me sleepy, and these pills allow me to eat the things I want without the gas or sluggishness (including wheat products like bread and pasta). If I am going to eat food that makes me bloated, I take one pill for a small snack, two for a small meal, or three for a regular sized meal. If you have IBS, these will likely work well for you too, since IBS is similar to the FODMAP condition. If you are like me and concerned about what you put in your body, my dietitian said I can take digestive enzymes as often as I need and they are not bad for my health; they only help me.You may notice the negative reviews are about an expiration date or something that should be a review for the seller. The product itself works great. I think it's because it has the right spectrum of enzymes, because certain enzymes work for certain foods and it's complicated to know which work for which, so I take this to cover all my bases.As a side note, regarding the dietary conditions, if you have IBS or have unexplained bloating and gas, check into the low FODMAP diet -- it stopped my issues! Many people w IBS or gas issues are able to decrease their symptoms following the low FODMAP diet. I'd suggest you use Monash University as a source (they're the leaders on this topic), as there is a lot of misinformation about FODMAPs online. If u decide to follow the diet, I highly recommend getting the Monash University app for $9 as I can look up foods to know what I can eat to avoid symptoms. I have taken these enzyme capsules and several others and this one always takes the cake! They are fast acting and make me feel less bloated when eating dairy.

My functional med doctor put me on these and they work really well. They are pricey on here but worth it

These were recommended by my acupuncturist for when I wanted to eat food that my body doesn't like to digest properly. I do so like eating bread sometimes.

I've had digestive issues for a long time. Since I started taking this supplement, I have been able to digest food a lot better. I feel less bloated, and I am not as gassy as I used to. My stomach feels a lot better now. I will totally get this supplement again when my bottle runs out. Thankfully, someone is selling at a great price! I'd recommend this to anyone.

I've been taking this supplement for years. However this time many of the capsiles in the bottle are empty. When I opened the bottle it made me cough because there was so much power substance in the cotton on top of bottle. Very disappointed!

I take there 3 times a day! Have been using them gut about 5 years!! Work great!!
