Completely love this book!!!!! Pankaj Bhadauria has given her best in this book !!!!!In this book I find very easy way of cooking!!! Nd top of this author has given all homemade masala recipes also, which is very helpful!!!!!! Usually I find difficulties in other books is ( ingredients name ) which they used in their recipes but here she has given all ingredients name in the last pages of the book!!!!!really impressed with author's Thinking nd the way also in which she published her book!!!!Worth buying it !!!!! All who like cooking,keep this book in ur kitchen most helpful book for special cooking!!!!!!!👍

Excellent. Living abroad you crave for special spice mixes (masala) and this provides the actual masala recipe followed by a recipe made with the masala. Grand idea and I love it. The only knock on this book is it has several international spice mix recipes and I was looking for Indian ones. Several Indian ones are missing, which I would have absolutely loved to have. Nonetheless, good idea and it is a fine product.

It would have been nice if the fonts of this book were somewhat darker and the book would have been available in hard-cover also! Kudos to Chef Pankaj Bhadouria for daring to share every detail of relevant spices of recipes mentioned in the book with utmost honesty yet maintaining desired professionalism.

I wonder about the authenticity of the recipes. Was going through Sambar recipe. The corresponding picture showed okra, small onion, and I think cherry tomatoes,which are mentioned nowhere in the recipe. Makes me wonder about the other recipes in the book. Hopefully my doubts will be cleared once I cook something from here

This is a gem of a book. Shares recipes of various spice mixes that can be prepared in advance and then used in recipes. I tried the masala chicken curry and it turned out amazingly well. Thanks for the treasure of recipe!
