It's a worthwhile buy
I bought this laptop over the Christmas holidays for the purpose of gaming. It shipped over with no issues (no damage, nothing missing, etc).Pros: sleek design, keyboard feels great typing, able to play GPU intensive games at high settings (ex. Witcher 3, Deus Ex:Mankind Divided), no bloatware,Cons*: fans can be quite loud during gaming, noticeable heating (not hot enough to cause discomfort) after 5 hours of gaming*I got used to these cons fairly quickly, and it does not impact my gaming experience.Verdict: It's a worthwhile buy that I am happy with. I have no issues with recommending this as long as the cons listed will not bother you too much.

Amazing laptop that runs smooth.
I wish the battery was larger, but it runs great. I switched out the thermal past that was on it, and it has become quieter, less thermal throttling, and better frame rates. The 970 evo option is great, and is an actual samsunge nvme, but I kinda wish they would use fire cuda for the sshd, but an easy upgrade in the future. If you want to save some money get the laptop from there site, and then get parts you want. You save around 160 from their site, which is what the "300 dollar" bound is actually worth, and you probably will end up with better equipment as the fan laptop cooler makes annoying clicking noises. Screen is amazing, and so is the built in keyboard, but the trackpad touch sense is a bit touchy, and the speakers are nice, but have a weird static noise at about above 50%(Their sound quality is amazing besides that, but it is a bit of a deal breaker).pros: - screen - keyboard - hardware - size - temps - professional look - nice hue rainbow keyboard lighting(not the rainbow vomit most things have) - no blought ware - plenty of storagecons - battery - speakers - default power on sound(can be turned off) - "$300" gaming boundle is actually around $160
