Palsons Derma Nmf E Urea Cream For Very Dry Skin With Urea & Aloe Vera Cream (150 g)

I suffer from hypo thyroid and hence very dry skin which can lead to skin infections. Was looking for a cream containing urea, this cream works waaaay better than the skin creams I buy from the pharmacy. Dries fast after application which is great!
