Good but support handle are not prefitted

The water which sprays out of the whistle is very inconvenient .. you have to Keep a bowl under the whistle as it faces downward to collect the water.

The media could not be loaded.  Steel quality is very bad.normally we can use a milk cooker around 5years and more.this one is damaged within two months use.steel colour also changed when started to heat.i never expect this kind of cheating from pigeon brand.

I am writing an unbiased feedback both pros and consPros- looks good. Broad ergonomic handles- very easy to assemble. It came in a dismantle form- works efficiently. Whistles just at the right time. No more tension milk spillng now onwards.Cons- very thin gauge of the vessel. Need to use carefully- the water filing funnel is very flimsy and was delivered broken. Could have been better quality.- there is no way to measure the correct amount of water to be filled. It is only by trial and error method. Many a times the water when hot, sprays out of the whistle which is dangerous if you have any hot oil or any other vessel nearby. There could have been an easy way to know the correct amount of water to be filled

Price though little high but it’s easy to clean, seems durable as it’s brand new now.

The steel turned blue

Ideal for boiling 1.0 ltr at a time. Have not tried 1.5 ltrs as it feels almost full at 1.0. The product works well. It does have a design flaw though the handles, get really hot even when milk is bioled in low flame. Should ideally have a long handle.

Good product,after using it cream of milk is not coming.
