These fenugreek supplements are a great substitute to consuming fenugreek seeds. Must try for new moms. They have helped to increase breastmilk supply to a great extent within 2-3 days. One can start with 2 capsules after every meal and increase it 3 capsules after every meal if required.However, the results vary from person to person and to be consumed only after your doctor's approval.This is my second bottle and I am very happy with the results with no side effects.
