I recommend this product to domestic users. Support from company is also fantastic. It arrived to my home in 4 days of order made and package is done very carefully by manufacturer.its a great product.working well so far. SONAR Service themselves contacted us n ws giving the delivery status and after delivery provided us the video on whatsapp regarding how to use. Thy solve our each n every doubt.

Worst service
Didn't like the product of sonar , u can getnay other brands in better price .I used this mill for 1year and to be very honest there is no proper service Available.And after use the inner body gets rusted which is very dangerous for your health ,when called and asked they are like it's common.I don't know how a rust panels is safe for use.Won't suggest u to go for this .

The product is little difficult to understand for the first time. But YouTube videos are of great help. You won’t regret buying this product at all. It has made my work so easy. The helpline number provided with the machine was really helpful. Worth spending so much money. Awesome chakki.

Service is bad. Frequent problems with the machine. But nobody from their service team comes or repairs the machine. Not a value for money paid.

Best use of money
Product is really very useful no doubt .but delivery is not good. I have to receive this product by hiring a car of Rs500 from 13kM away from my destination.because delivery person denied to come by making excuse of single item. Even my place was connected with the facility of National high way and state as well as local linked road.
