Very good product
Prepared plain rice, jeera rice and pulao in it.. Works like a charm, easy to operate and portable. No complaints.Update 11/09/2022:After 2 months I can say it works as expected, but the trivet is useless. Very small rice like pulao rice clogs into the sieve. It also goes under the trivet, and sticks to the base with the starch. A little rice is always wasted due to that.Manufacturers should improve the design so the trivet can be secured in position so it doesnt pop around when the rice is boiling.

Stopped working now in 15 days and return window closed so waste of moneyHowever Service was very good Bajaj Service team repaired it very quickly now working fine.

Bad Quality
The product stopped working in less than 3 months even when used sparingly. The support from Manufacturer is NIL. They do not respond to any of your mails, so the warranty is as good as useless.DO NOT BUY THIS.. Choose better brands like Prestige or Butterfly.

It's worth it
1. Rice doesn't stick at bottom2. Easy to steam vegetables now while cooking rice3. Steamer utensil can also be used to drain water in case you want to cook rice by boiling and throwing away starch water.No disadvantages I found till now. Utilizing it from last 5 months.

Just received the delivery today. The button on the rice cooker seemed a bit slant not straight. Added pics of the same. Hope the slight defect position of the button doesn’t hamper the functionality.Pros: Cook and steam with the given containers. Can detach the power chord and keep it anywhere. Keep warm mode is good to have.Cons: Yet to comment on the cooking time and
