This is my first Konjac sponge and I have to admit I’m hooked. I love the soft but also abrasive spongey texture. I have been using one side for over a month now and I make sure I squeeze it in a towel before hanging it.The only thing I noticed is that the abrasiveness has declined and my face was smoother in the beginning. So I started using the “back side” of the sponge and now I get the same exfoliation like in the beginning. I love it!!

The only brand of konjac sponge I will use. May be a little more on the pricey side, but for the amount of time it lasts, it's worth the couple extra $

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed using this sponge!I bought it to use for my exfoliating scrubs because I have very sensitive eyes and no matter what sponge I use( or my hands!) I end up with grit in my eyes which inevitably leads to a stye.Not fun.I wet this sponge and put a couple of dollops of my exfoliating scrub on my face and started to wash itI loved it immediately.At first I thought it would be too soft and I wouldn’t like it, and it is pretty dang soft, I don’t like to use it with my cream face wash but it works wonderfully with my scrubs!I got zero grit in my eyes , all the scrub washed off and my face felt super clean and was practically glowing.I’m not a fan of using sponges to wash my face( not sure why, just never felt like my face was really clean maybe?) but I will definitely purchase this one again.A thing to mention:It has a little string run through it at the top ( at first I was like , “ This packaging is horrible! They left a string in there!” Um no, it’s supposed to be there and it’s awesome. I’m just lame🙄) that you can use to hang it up to dry so it stays sanitary.It’s the greatest and you should get one!

I can use it every day with my cleanser, and even though I have rosacea it is so gentle it doesn't add to the redness. Yet, it is great for exfoliating, and my facial skin became wonderfully soft and smooth in only two days!

Definitely didn’t last as many uses as listed in description but then again it could just be preference, once it started to wear out and change I just couldn’t use it on my face anymore (for reference I used this everyday for about 8 days). Other than that my skin looked so flawless after using!

I'm not SUPER into beauty products, but I recently decided to amp up my skincare routine. Konjac sponges had been intriguing me for a while, so I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you...I LOVE THIS THING.It softens right up when wet and has just the right amount of texture to gently exfoliate. And it feels amazing! I've been using it for about a week, both in the shower in the morning and after removing my makeup in the evening, followed by moisturizer. My skin has never been so soft and clear, and I love that I'm not using any harse chemicals or abrasive tools to achieve that.I will definitely be buying another when this one needs to be replaced. What an awesome, inexpensive way to care for my skin and feel great!

I've purchased many a konjac sponge. Before the pandemic, I'd pass through Koreatown in Manhattan multiple times a week and could easily pick one up on the way to or from work. When I needed a new one during lockdown I turned to Amazon. There were so many choices, so many unknown brands! I wanted just one sponge, not a set of multiples, which made it a bit harder. So I went with Honest, because I thought they were a reputable brand that I trusted not to just put out a crappy product. Ha! Joke is one me. As soon as the sponge began to expand with water you could see it was not great quality: it did not have the same density, the same consistency, throughout the sponge. The middle was "looser" or thinner, with less sponge there. After the first use, you could see it was fairly hollow there, collapsing in on itself. By the third use, the inner portion was fraying, with pieces of the sponge coming off and even disintegrating in my hand. I kept it for a while, telling myself I would write to them in an effort to get my money back, but I eventually just tossed it. This isn't a small Chinese producer selling low end products on Amazon and offering you a great price. This is Jessica Alba growing a company and building a brand that communicates they are "Honest," being transparent about their goods and not just taking money out of your pocket. Well that is a load of horse-hooey, or they would not have let this product out the door.

I keep buying these in hopes I’ll eventually like them, but they’re probably just too soft for my preference. I think a washcloth works just as well, if not better. But I do like that there is a string attached to the sponge so it is easier to hang compared to a washcloth. I have seen mold grow on these even after just a couple of uses (even after being wrung out completely after using it). Not sure if it’s what’s in the sponge or in my cleanser that makes it prone to mold.
