Freshly Rice Cake Kururin Mocchee

I love this! It's so kawaii. There is a recipe for Japanese butter mochi and chocolate mochi you can make replacing the mochiko with mochigome in this machine. You can also use shiratamako flour in here to make hanami dango. The instruction book is in Japanese but you can use a Japanese to English translator. This machine allows you to make Kirimochi, daifuku mochi and even mochi ice cream. You can control the sweetness level and the taste of freshly pounded mochigome Japanese sweet rice is far SUPERIOR to mochiko/glutinous flour. I love this machine <3 but its hard work so you can do it slowly and cook the rice until softer than usual

It is not make rice cake as I expectedI want to money back if I can ,It looks like toy and work like toy .Very very disappointed .

I don't know why, but I could just crank this for hours. Although the shipping took forever, I think it was worth it.

もち米を入れて回すと、羽がすぐにはずれてしまい、まったく使い物になりません。たまたま不良品なのか、商品全般にこの傾向があるのか、・・どうなんでしょう・・。

三年前に購入で、一度しか使ってません。回しても回しても、なかなか固まらなく、ベチョーっとした餅になるだけでした。かなり回さないといけないので大変でした。

【実際に作ってみた】●炊飯器で普通に炊いた餅米をいれて，ハンドルを回すだけで，おもちができます！●１回につき１合のおもちがつけます。●「ハンドルを約１０分間回し続けるとできあがり」とのことですが，けっこう疲れます。しかも休み休み大人が回し続けても荒い感じ（五平餅程度）にしかなりませんでした。そこで，時折濡れたしゃもじで上を押さえつけたりひっくり返したりしながら，プラス１０分回し続けたら，なめらかになり，餅が完成しました。【評価】●妻と娘はおもちのできあがりに満足してくれました。「１回使ってお蔵入り」にはならなさそうです。●米がだんだん餅になっていく過程や，餅を作るのにもけっこう力がいるものなんだということを子供に知らしめるにはいいと思います。それからモチロン，つきたての餅の味も味わわせてあげられます。安い買い物だったと思います。【補足：カン違いしたこと】●フタについてる茶色い突起は，ハンドルを回すと上下しますが，ただ上下するだけで，下に突き抜けません。つまり突起が餅を「ついて」いるわけではありません。はっきり言って，フタの部分はなくてもいいような気もします。ハンドルに負荷がかかりますし・・・。
