Gute Elegant Skeleton See Through Mechanical Hand-wind Watch Silver White Case Automatic Wristwatch

I received this item as a gift from my wife for Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was a wrist-movement wound watch. I also enjoy watching the gears move. It's just a tad larger than I would have liked, but it works fine for most occasions. My only complaint is that the self-winding function doesn't spin super freely, which means that unless I'm actually doing stuff with somewhat decent vigor with my wrists, the watch doesn't wind. Most of the time this isn't an issue, but when I take it off at night to sleep or while I sit at work (I'm a programmer) I've noticed it may stop running. I've thought about investing in a watch winder but haven't felt like I needed it yet. The watch is also somewhat hard to read in the dark.That being said, if you're buying this watch, it isn't because you necessarily "need" a watch. It's a pretty cool fashion watch.

I love this "retro" watch. Why "retro"? It's a "wind-up" watch - takes me back and also it is a lovely skeleton watch. It's also called a "naked" watch - you can see the works inside. These watches are wound once a day and you can see when it's running out of winding power - very nice. Just - the face/head is huge. I have a small wrist and it has a big face and...I'm not used to it but people say its fashionable. If you don't mind the bigness - it's a beautiful watch and great price.

I bought this watch because I can't have my cell phone in the building I work in. That being said, know that I didn't wear the watch every day. And most days I honestly forgot to put it on.So please explain to me why the glass face fell out of the watch 2 days ago. And the watch doesn't work anymore. Purchased in April. It's only September. The "leather" like material is peeling off the band as well.Would not recommend. Would not purchase again.
