Ponder on this... Wooden palates have that (duh) woodgrain texture that traps and holds in colors even after you wash it really good. Plastic is smooth and this palette is white which means you can see if there is any color left to be cleaned off. If you've ever used a wooden palette before you'd know that if you add white oil paint to a "previously used" palette that your white will be off color in a heartbeat. Plastic palettes eliminate that for good.Also to think about... Wooden palettes are flat with no wells. Wells keep your colors together and allows you to blend them when you want. Wells are also forgiving a bit if you like to drink and paint which means you can lean or tip the palette further without spilling.With those two things in mind, I don't see why we still even have wooden palettes. (Exception for antique collector items)

The plastic is THIN on this palette and it has almost no weight at all. It is easy to bump and slide around, I will likely use it for a bit before switching to a homemade wet palette. It has good size at about 6.75" across but it is really light, similar in thickness to a high end disposable plastic plate. I recommend taking the $4 you were going to spend and buy 50 pack of those.

I bought this for my daughter's art birthday party. We put a cup cake in the middle and toppings in each space. It was cute and was able to serve a dual purpose.

it was easy but kind of hard to clean but it don't tell you that it might come late or way to early like it said in febuary it would get here and it came in december

Great product for a very affordable price. My daughter loves using them and so do I. This is especially very handy when we do our finger painting sessions. I just pour in the paint in the different compartments the different colors and we can begin working on our masterpiece. This is great quality, it doesnt stain.

Sturdy enough but not exceptionally strong. Wells are deep enough and the item sits flat. Quality is in line wit the pricing; no complaints.

THis is a little on the small size. I was thinking it would be about 10" in size and its only like 5" in Diameter. It will work well for small projects and it is a very nice durable plastic. Not sure that the $3.50 I paid for it was worth it though.

I'm a beginner, so this works for me. It's a little small, and I have to find a grip sometimes, but other than that, it gets the job done. It's a little hard to clean with acrylics.
