I've been using this on some london broil roast beef. Holy moly this is really good stuff! Yes, it has flavor. Seriously, someone made a review and complained it had more flavor then baby swiss. It's not a baby swiss! People really are mental. Anyhow, the downside is you do have to slice this yourself, but I have people for that.
