Among the eight tea I am using from TheIndianChai, Honey Lemon Ginseng tea is the best. It treats common cold n cough and works on weight loss. I start my morning with this tea and I really happy with the effect. It has a sweet aroma that gives a happy feel.

Of all the teas I have tried of The Indian Chai, and I have tried almost all of them, this is my least favorite. And that is not to say it is not good! It is a very unique kind of tea and I suspect it needs getting used to.Let me start with the pros.It has an electrifying fragrance thanks to lemon & ginseng. When you take a sniff after opening the pack, it immediately lifts your spirits. I loved the smell of the brew more than the brew itself!Another huge plus is the incorporation of diverse ingredients to make a nutrient rich tea. In particular the Asian ginseng, which I don't find in ordinary teas, definitely added that extra punch to make this a tea one with immense health benefits.Moving on to the areas where the tea does not impress.I for one did not like the presence of dehydrated honey. It did nothing for me and I would have preferred adding a spoonful of honey syrup myself. That said, the dehydrated powder has its advantages. If you're too lazy/busy/traveling to take the effort to add honey yourself, this is godsend!Overall I found something a bit off, can't put my hand on it. My guess is the combination of dehydrated lemon powder AND lemon peel in addition to dehydrated honey powder were not an ideal combination. Perhaps only lemon peel might have sufficed. Perhaps.Despite these trivial issues, this tea is definitely one to look out for. It did not suit my taste palette but that is not to say it lacks anything. My suggestion would be to try it, you may like it!

Lemon and honey both are good for weight loss.Since I have not had this variant everyday, I cannot comment on that part. But I have green tea everyday and it keeps me fresh and helps me build up by immunity.This is a great blend. You can have this chilled or hpt, it tastes really good.It comes in a sealable packet. There is absolutely no mess in storage.

It's not bitter in taste... Yet to see the results

This tea is a blend of Ginseng, real dehydrated honey powder and lively tang of lemon. It has nice flavour with lemon aroma just loved it.It can treat common cold cough and helps in weight loss.

Taste is good

My take: I like all the flavours and its smell. It helped me to start my day on a healthy note. As I said each pack has its own benefits and you can choose your pack according to your needs.The taste and smell are different from each other. I am still using it.Note: read the detail while ordering particular flavour and do focus on caution too.Packaging: these packs are easy to carry.It is packed in an airtight container which can be used easily for a longer period.
