a great buy
I have been using Sazon with Saffron for years in small packets. This allows one to buy larger quantities and dispense the amount needed so less waste. We even sprinkle it on steamed vegetables like cauliflower which gives an interesting pattern of dark to light orange colored areas.

Monosodium glutanate
The first ingredient is MSG, the second is salt. There was not a list of ingredients available. I will likely give this item to the Food Bank as I cannot consume MSG

Good Product!
Used this 4 or 5 times and was very pleased with this product. Thought it would be over powering but was just the opposite. Mild flavor and great on fish, chicken and shrimp.
