Excellent for big salads too!
I have to cut up four heads of Iceberg lettuce with three heads of Romaine for my family's salads every week. I just cut them in half and shove them in and it works perfectly, other bulk lettuce choppers cost 300.00 so using the Brochette Express is a real winner!

4 star kebobs done easy!
I saw this item on TV and was immediately drawn to it as my family loves to cook kebob's on the grill, the only issue is that it's time consuming (and as a Mother of four I hate time consuming cooking!!!). When the product arrived several days later I immediately set to work trying it out. I have got to say I honestly enjoyed putting together the first meal. The only small issue is that some of the skewers were a little harder to get through than it had showed on the infomercial and you need a really sharp knife. This is otherwise a really stellar product and makes life so much easier!

Not at all what we expected!
Very disappointed in the product. No real directions to advise what meats, vegetables & fruits work the best. Should they be made ahead of time and refrigerated or made and straight to grill. Can you layer meats, veggies & fruits and have it all come out on one kabob? What are the best cuts of meat. How should you cut/prepare veggie & fruits for use in Brochette? A lot of unanswered questions. I guess it's just trial and error?????

One of the best things I've ever bought!
Works great and the kabobs turned out perfect!! So easy! We used it for the first time yesterday. It's easy to use and easy to clean!

Keep it old school using cutting board and knife!
This product is poor at best. Comes with virtually no instructions. Takes twice as much time as simply cutting and skewering meat. We had to re-skewer more than half because the skewers did not go straight. a $30 mistake.

Not the greatest.
Got this for making kebabs and unless you pack it completely full the product will never work. Very disappointed.
