I never had gels while running marathons. I was suggest GU Energy Gel n I’m so happy I tried them! Super yummy and gave me the energy I needed it.Will definitely buy again.Great Product

Good product n packaging

Actually Quality is very good. And helpful lasts long on court. No sugar unlike other products. But it's too costly buying here. But this doesn't SPIKE energy levels unlike other cheap products. It's helpful if made affordable

Good energizing effect but tastes a bit too strongly of chocolate .

A nice variety of flavors available, as well as 0, 20 or 40 mg of caffeine.My favorites are Chocolate Outrage (20 mg caffeine), Jet Blackberry 40 mg caffeine) and Expresso Love (40 mg caffeine).Nice size and convenient for a running pouch or a pocket.Two handed operation to open and consume on the run. I have seen others tear one open with their teeth and one hand holding a pouch. Didn't work well for me, buy might for you.I like the gel vs liquid or "gummies" because it's easy and non-messy to consume on the run.I'm a long term user (1st use was in a 10K run where they were being passed out at 5K aid station 20+ years ago) and have no plan to change!Highly recommended.

Best flavor ever.

Wasn't sure about this flavour (I already like/use GU products) but after reading a review that said they were good, I went for it.The reviewer was right, they are actually very nice on the palate and as usual are good for their main purpose of keeping me upright and moving!
