With the proper prep works a charm
Follow the instructions to condition the tin (burn it, then oil and burn twice) and it becomes absolutely the perfect tin for pizza.I have been making pizza with a hight hydration dough (75 to 80% of water) and it never stuck to the tin unlike any other I used until now.As long as you treat it according to the instructions (never in water, clean with paper or scrub with salt after use) it performs fantastically

Very hard to maintain, incomplete instructions
This requires experience with similar baking trays and is hard to maintain. I followed the instructions and established the non-stick layer. I made pizza and the result was good. Probably a little better than from other trays. It did not stick at all.But then the trouble started. How to clean it? A piece of cheese fell into the pan and melted. I washed the pan and dried it, but noticed some of the coating came off. I went through the steps to create the coating again. The next time, the same happened. After the third time the coating "cracked" in several places and started peeling off. I am not sure why. Possibly I did something wrong, but I don't know what. There are no instructions on-line. I spent many hours of fiddling with the tray for 45 minutes of use.I would suggest avoiding unless you know exactly how to use it.

Excellent blue iron tray. Instructions about the "burning" process are not very clear. I suggest you watch a youtube video to have a better idea. Once the burning process has been done correctly, the bottom of your homemade pizza will be very crunchy! Yummy!

Fantastic tray for pizza e focaccia. Maybe the instructions that pop out within the pictures (and are not added to the package) should be translated in English, so there wouldn’t be people complaining about rust etc, as it needs treatment before and after each use (similar to a wok).

It's Blue Iron, You are not supposed to wash it
It got rusty after a couple of uses. I couldn't use it for long. I didn't like the idea of not washing something where i'm supposed to put food on. totally bad choice on my side i would say as other reviews did say that it gets rusty but couldn't believe it as it's widely used in professional environments.

These warp really easily
It doesn't rust, not if you season it properly, but it does warp quite easily and significantly if put in a 200 ºC oven coming from room temperature. Mine did in any case when I did not cover the entire surface (I did distribute the products evenly over the surface though). It does spring back when it cools, but not without folds in the metal on the places it bent. Too bad, it was a nice size and with the right hight to the edges to be used for multiple purposes. The metal is just a tad too thin.

Backblech für Pizza wie beim Italiener
Das Blech haben wir schon eine Weile in Benutzung, eine wirklich feine Sache. Die Pizza schmeckt daraus wie beim Italiener, es muss natürlich entsprechend gepflegt werden. Anfangs habe ich es eingebrannt, die Flecken, die das Blech mit der Zeit bekommt, ist normale Patina und gehört dazu. Niemals Spülmittel verwenden und nach der Reinigung leicht einfetten. Rosten tut das Blech bei guter und richtiger Pflege nicht. Es ist eben Blaublech und kein Backblech mit Beschichtung bzw. Antihaft. Ich achte zudem darauf, die Pizza nicht im Blech zu schneiden, um keine Kratzer hineinzubringen, welche Angriffsfläche bieten können. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass die Pizza von mal zu mal besser wurde. Anfangs, als es noch nicht so die Patina hatte, war sie bei gleichem Teig noch nicht so toll, wie jetzt nach mehrfacher Benutzung. Ich würde das Blech wieder kaufen und empfehle es sehr gerne weiter.

Straight from the garbage dump
This is just nasty, the pictures are taken right after unpacking the “product”, the brown residue on the pictures is probably fat or food leftovers after “intense” cleaning…so intense that they scraped of the coating (also seen on the pictures) The tray that I’ve thrown away was even cleaner and in better shape. I’m sorry but I’ve only got one word for this: garbage. The people that sell this should be ashamed of themselves
