I read the reviews before I purchased these and was a little worried...But I had none of the issues others had. I thought this was a great product to jump start my diet. I felt less hungry and had more energy during my work outs.

So, I was specifically looking for a 7 Day Cleanse that was vegetarian. I read all of the reviews, and chose this product carefully. I was especially excited that everything was pointing me to this product, since I love Bob Harper!Anyway, I tried it, did everything by the book, drank plenty of water, etc. Nothing happened. No changes, no poopies, nothing. I was really surprised, because I consider my stomach to be a bit sensitive, and was initially worried it might have TOO much of an effect on me. I did stop after 4 days, but I am skeptical that it would've taken that long to start working.

I was really excited to start this cleanse! Unfortunately it didn't work out too well for me. The capsules caused me to bloat up like a blimb! Seriously though, I had to squeeze into my clothes which normally fit just fine. I gained 8 pounds, I think from water weight, but I'm still not sure. After 3 hopeful days on the cleanse I called it quits. It took about a week for my weight to settle back down and for my body to get back to normal. I ended up giving away the rest of the capsules to my sister. She said it's been working well for her and I'm happy for her! I guess this cleanse just isn't meant for everybody..

I bought this cleanse to start a lifestyle change I am on to just cleanse my system of anything that shouldn't be there. I took the recommended dosage (three pills with a meal and 8oz. glass of water twice a day) for 4 days and only seemed to 'cleanse' late a night. There were a few times that anytime I got up and moved around (I work at a desk all day) that I felt I had to go to the bathroom but it wasn't anything unbearable. I can't say if I lost any weight since I didn't weigh myself beforehand and after but I can say that I felt better in general. Read the reviews, they really do tell about how the product works. I looked up some reviews online and saw that it had a few questionable ingredients that could potentially be harmful to you if not taken correctly so make sure to read the directions. I also read other reviews that said that this is just a fancy laxative. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Good product. It does cleanse you. Just stay close to a bathroom. Thank goodness someone warned me. Coulda been a nasty situation.

Love the product... HELPS maintain my weight while I exercise & try to eat healthy... Lol YES I said try because sometimes I fall off. I drinks lots & lots of water. My stomach has went down tremendously since I started using this product. I do the 7day cleanse once a month & I feel & look great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED If u wanna lose inches around the stomach area gets rid of all the toxins and fat & help with stomach bulge.

This product does not do what it says, still have remaining unused box. Would not buy this product and wish I could return.

I have tried taking 3 different weight loss pills in the past and all had made me sick; I thought this was not a weight loss pill but somehow it managed to make me feel nausea all day, weak and I did actually puke once. Am not going to take again. PS. Did not make me have to go to the bathroom at all.
