Does not balance well.
The material seems sturdy but the design is flawed. It hangs from the centre from a thin metal strip, whereas the product is meant to take a circular load. It needs needs additional support on the extreme sides so that the product does not sway from side to when the hose pipe is being wound to store or being removed to use.There are similar product that overcomes this flaw.

Just installed it and looks value for money
The metal used appears to be good and the paint quality is excellent. Not hand brush painted but spray painted. The welding looks good. The product would have been more sturdier and robust if a back plate is also available. The back plate would have provided extra protection to the wall. Overall, the product is great.
