surprisingly the measurements printed on the tumbler are completely incorrect.. basic purpose gets defeated :-) no offence

my product was broken when i received it
its a glass tumbler which got broken during packaging or transport. when i opened the packet, it was broken badly. i even got my finger cut. i ve requested a refund or replacement but no word from seller/amazon. its a glass tumbler, it shud have been plastic. i mean, who uses glass tumblers for everyday use in this century? lol.
