RADA Cutlery Cheese Knife, Black Handle

Love ALL things RADA and this cheese knife did not disappoint!!!!!!

Best cheese knife I've found so far and have had a few. The serrations are not overly sharp front prongs are the same so you don't harpoon yourself. Handle is textured for grip and oval, won't twist in your hand much. Only negative is it should have a better sheath. Crappy cardboard. Would pay more for it.

So I can't eat cheese for health reasons. Such is my curse of wretchedness. But I'm a parent and in my household, everyone else can eat this manna from the gods. We bought a block of mozerella and tried out our new Rada cheese knife on it. I found myself yelling in my best Brooklyn accent, "Like BUTTER! IT CUTS JUST LIKE BUTTER!!! Ohmigod!!!" Where have you been all my life, Rada cheese knife? Back in the days of ignorant bliss, before I knew I was allergic to cow juice... back in my childhood in a large family where it was MY duty to cut the cheese off the cheese blocks with those horrible wire cheese-cutting devices?! WHAT would I have given then for this knife! Bless you, Saint Rada, The Patron of All Things Cheese.

This little Rada cheese knife stays sharp forever and is also perfect for slicing tomatoes. I bought to replace same knife for the one with metal handle which can not be put in dishwasher-this one can be. My old one was still sharp after years.

The Rada Cheese Knife is the best one that we've ever used! We use this knife every morning with our cheeses; and, the longer handle works really well and makes it much easier to slice cheese. I had originally bought one directly from Rada; and, I was so glad to see this one with the black handle on Amazon. The black handle is much easier to care for. This cheese knife is easy to clean and holds up to daily use. I would highly recommend this cheese knife if you're looking for one that is easy to use and durable.

Das Messer ist deutlich schärfer als unser anderes Käsemesser und damit auch beim Schneiden dünner Scheiben sowohl harten als auch weicheren Käses richtig gut. Klare Empfehlung!

The blade and handle are nicely angled so that you can cut without rapping your knuckles on the counter, and it cuts very well. But it would be great if it weren't beveled entirely on one edge. Very hard to make it cut in a straight line
