Dr GeneElectrical Heating Pad (Orthopaedic) with Controller

For 20 days it worked very very well and then all of a sudden it stopped working. And the return window has closed now. I am more of a rough user so it might have been spoilt.

Good product. Poor velcro stitching on the belt. Only 2 sides stitched.Using it after probably 4 months or more and now it's not heating. Don't know why and what to do. Had earlier placed a query on how and where to get it replaced or repaired before the warranty expiry of January 2018, but no reply till date. Personally would advice going for certified/established brands having better after sales support.

Product seemed alright but received wrong size. The size sent to me was not as mentioned in the listing. I askes for replacement with correct size but got smaller size again. Hence returned it. If you are not perticular about size then go for it. It has 3 heat settings and cord is also ok length.

The item was delivered on 30.07.2020 but it has become out of order on 12.08.2020, I could not use even for 15 days. It is not heated up internally. I want to return it to you. Kindly take back the item at the earliest. Thanking you.Yours faithfullyChittaranjan Dey Sarkar

This is a good product. Could have been better if the strap arrangement was more like belt and buckle so the pad stays at it's position. Or alternatively, the strap can be made wider. A good product though and I would recommend buying it

I bought it for my mother. She uses it for her back pain. It gives relief to some extent. Good product.

Good. But heat adjustment slider is not good.

Good heating pad.The velcro is not that great.The heating helped my back pain. The heat can be controlled in 3 settings.
