Durable product.....
The water heating rod is build of great quality loved this product. THE product is very useful for bachelor's like me. It just heat a bucket of water in 10-15 min maximum.A slight problem is that you get a big plug 16A size. Anyway that is also safe for this rod.The product doesn't gives shock.Most important the product is made in india.And you will get a great product for that price withA year warranty on product.It seems durable.From my point of view This product is 100% recommended

Helpful and safe
It is really helpful for us.The way that zodin rods works is mind blowing.one thing I like about this, is it is equipped with plastic handles and also it has a very comfortable handle or grip.

Very very bad service
The rod got corroded within 2 months also water is not heating properly, it taking hours to get heat.I tried to contact customer care no. For replacement but toll free is not exist and another no. Is getting declined after selecting any option.I want immediate replacement.Very disappointing service by Zodin.

This os a good product with great qualityI will rate it 4.2 starsNot 5 start because the clip used to immerse in bucket could be of better quality
